Privacy notice
What we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, company or role, an approximate budget if you enter one, and the content of your message. The budget field is optional. The server also logs technical data about the visit, such as the IP address and browser type, which are necessary to deliver and secure the site.
Why we process it
We use what the form sends only to answer your enquiry and, if it turns into work, to arrange it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We do not use the data for a newsletter, profiling or automated decision-making, and we sell it to no one.
Who else sees the data
Netlify hosts the site and handles the form for us, Sanity stores the site content, and messages sent through the form also arrive in our business email, which Google runs. These providers process the data solely on our instructions, as processors, and may not use it for their own purposes.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Netlify and Google operate servers outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, which form part of our agreements with those providers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries sent through the contact form for 12 months from the last exchange, after which we delete them. If an enquiry turns into work, we keep the data for as long as contractual and tax obligations require.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to the processing. Send your request to ivan@allinmedia.hr. We answer within one month at the latest.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, azop.hr.
Cookies
The site uses no cookies for analytics, advertising or visitor tracking. Videos are embedded through YouTube-nocookie and load only once you click play; until then YouTube receives nothing about your visit. After the click, Google's privacy terms apply.
