British journalist Sara O'Connor investigates the 2021 disappearance of cosmonaut Vuk Sabljozubić.
The disappearance of the Russian actress Oktyabrina Zelenova during a space flight became one of the great riddles of the 21st century. Reopening the case, a British journalist finds that Oktyabrina had taken the place of Vuk Sabljozubić, the Serbian cosmonaut candidate who was to have been on that flight. But on the day she vanished, Vuk vanished too.
Three years later the journalist finds him in Rijeka, eerily younger and finally ready to tell what actually happened.
